This is our ANNUAL ChDC Holiday Party and Spring Forward Social!!

LOCATION: Hadensville Fire Co #6 - 4810 Three Chopt Rd, Louisa, VA 23093. (Go South on Rt 606 just west of Duke's Auto, to the parking lot entrance on your left.) The meeting room is on the southwest side of the building, going in the door farthest to the right when facing the building.

1:00PM - Potluck Luncheon and social hour. Bring your favorite dish to share! Hospitality (bottled water, plates, cutlery, etc.) will be provided by the club. Bring your favorite holiday dish to share.

Meeting & Festivities: 2:00pm General ChDC meeting. After the business meeting is completed, the fun of the traditional Gift Exchange will be enjoyed for those members that would like to partake (not mandatory!!) Those that would like to participate should bring a ~ $15 gift for EACH family member that wants to participate. This is always lots of fun for folks of all ages!

(NOTE: Attendance at this meeting will count toward Annual Meeting Attendance requirements.)
